Giraffe-type sanders are machines designed for  final smoothing of plastered walls and ceilings . The main advantage of this CIMEX DWS225-B Giraffe model   is that it is equipped with 360° LED lighting on the sanding head , which allows during the sanding process to visually highlight the irregularities on the sanded surface. 

Another important advantage of this machine is the presence of  a brushless electric motor . Thanks to this, the sander is  extremely light - only 2.91 kg. 

The working area of ​​the head is 225 mm. and the revolutions are regulated in the range of 900 - 2100 rpm.
The sander for walls and ceilings can be  connected to a vacuum cleaner for fine dust to suck up the removed material . This significantly reduces the physical strain at work, as the vacuum created by the vacuum cleaner adheres the machine to the treated surface.

Another leading feature of the CIMEX DWS225-B wall and ceiling sander  is its ability to reach inside corners.  This is achieved thanks to the removable side part (attachment). In this way, the sandpaper reaches the corner of the wall.
