The CIMEX Trowelmax 190 petrol double power trowel is a highly effective solution for smoothing and grinding of vibrated concrete. It produces a dense, smooth and durable surface. Thanks to the double working mechanism, the machine processes areas twice as fast compared to single models, significantly reducing the physical effort of the operator. At the same time, it eliminates the need for walking and manual guidance, making it a practical choice when working on large concrete areas.

The double power trowel CIMEX Trowelmax 190, offers a working width of 1975mm with trays and 1905mm without trays, providing even coverage and a solution for areas over 1000 m².

The Trowelmax 190 is powered by a powerful RATO R740 petrol engine with 24 hp. and working volume 739 cubic cm. It's the engine two-cylinder, four-stroke (OHV), with a maximum torque of 51 Nm at 2500 rpm. It is equipped with electric starter for easy ignition and tank with a capacity of 24.6 liters, ensuring continuous operation without frequent charging. Fuel consumption is optimized, which allows efficient and economical operation even under prolonged loads. Additionally, the machine has built-in hour meter, which allows easy tracking of operating hours and maintenance scheduling, thereby extending the engine's service life. In the immediate vicinity of the motorcycle watch is located water bottle compartment, which provides additional comfort for the operator during long work.

The torque from the engine is transmitted through a belt drive, and this model has two belts. This provides additional reliability – even if one belt breaks, the machine will continue to work without having to stop immediately for repairs.

CIMEX Trowelmax 190 is equipped with two USB outputs (5V/2.1A) and a practical compartment for storing a mobile phone, keys and other accessories. USB outputs allow the operator to charge mobile devices or other electronic accessories, providing additional comfort during work. This is especially useful during long work sessions when access to external power is limited. The storage compartment is located to the right of the driver, providing easy access to essentials, without being distracted from management. In the immediate vicinity of it are located the switches for the LED lighting, which contributes to even better ergonomics and comfort at work.

The CIMEX Trowelmax 190 double trowel is equipped with front and rear LED lights (headlights) that provide excellent visibility during operation. Thanks to LED technology, the lighting is energy efficient, with low electricity consumption but high brightness, providing uniform illumination of the work area. This allows the operator to work precisely even in low light or at night, reducing eye strain and increasing the safety of the work process. The lights are easily activated via two convenient switches located on the right-hand control panel, providing quick access and comfort in management.

The perdashka has a built-in water tank and a misting system, providing controlled moistening of the concrete surface. The two specially located spray nozzles, installed on both sides of the driver, guarantee uniform coverage of the work area, preventing excessive drying of the concrete during processing. The misting system is activates easily with a button located on the right joystick, which allows precise control over the amount of water without interrupting the work process. This improves the quality of the finished surface and reduces the likelihood of cracks.

The CIMEX Trowelmax 190 has an extremely simple and reliable mechanical control, without any hydraulic elements. Thanks to the two control levers, the operator has full control over the movement of the machine. Through them, the direction is easily adjusted - forward, backward, turning left and right, as well as rotation around the axis. Additionally, control is carried out by means of two pedals, providing more ergonomic and safer work.

• The left pedal functions as a start/stop button – if the operator does not press it with his foot, the machine cannot be ignited, and if during operation the foot is raised, the engine is automatically turned off. This guarantees increased safety and control at work.
• The right pedal controls the throttle – the more it is pressed, the greater the acceleration is obtained. This allows flexible speed regulation, according to the smoothing needs.

The mechanical control system provides lower maintenance and longer service life, as it eliminates complex and failure-prone hydraulic components. That's what working with the machine does more reliable, precise and easy even for operators with less experience.

The blade angle of the CIMEX Trowelmax 190 can be adjusted from 0 to 25 degrees, providing precise control over troweling. The setting is done via two independent screw adjustments, located on both sides of the operator. Regulation is fast and convenient – for increasing the angle rotates the left knob clockwise, a the right one – counterclockwise. For reducing the angle the process is reverse.

For additional endurance and smooth movement, the blade holders are equipped with grease nipples, which allows easy lubrication and reduces mechanism wear. This one precision adjustment system allows for adaptation to different stages of work – smaller initial smoothing angle and larger angle for final sanding and polishing. Thanks to the easy operation, the operator can quickly adapt the machine without stopping work, which improves the efficiency and quality of the finished surface.

For easier moving of the machine, the CIMEX Trowelmax 190 is equipped with a set of transport wheels and a hitch for manual movement. The wheels are rolling install and remove extremely quickly and easily, without the need for additional tools, which makes it easier for the operator to prepare for transport or move between different work areas. This system significantly reduces effort, necessary to move the machine, and allows quick mobilization even when working on large sites, without the need for additional mechanization.

Despite its size and weight, the CIMEX Trowelmax 190 double trowel is extremely mobile and easy to maintain. The machine is designed with special lifting holes, which allows safe and convenient transportation by rope, pallet truck or forklift. This makes it easy to move it even in limited spaces or on higher floors when working in construction sites.

The machine ships in a sturdy wooden crate, providing protection during transport and safe storage until installation. Its commissioning takes no more than 15-20 minutes, the process being quick and easy even for operators without specialized technical training.

It is important to note that the machines are not filled with fuel and engine oil, which means that before initial launch it is necessary to add the consumables recommended by the manufacturer.
