Inverter electric CIMEX MMA-200 - intended for work with all types of electrodes for manual arc welding including cellulose electrodes. Specially developed for the needs of construction, in this professional electrician you will find several significant advantages over its competitors in this class. Compact and lightweight, the inverter electric generator has a convenient shoulder strap and is equipped with welding cables with a length of 3 meters. This allows for optimal welding comfort, especially when used for working at height in the construction of metal structures, and significantly reduces hand fatigue when welding. The welding cables are made of 100% copper, which allows long-term use of the electric generator without causing them to heat up.

The machine works in wide range of welding current from 10A to 200A, making it suitable for welding thicker materials and heavier applications. The built-in LED display allows precise and intuitive setup and constant monitoring of operating parameters.

CIMEX MMA200 features an optimized duty cycle – 30% at 200A, 60% at 141A and 100% at 110A, which guarantees stable and continuous operation without the risk of overheating. Built-in protections from overload, overvoltage and overheating ensure a long life of the machine and a high level of safety.

Pulse MMA feature

Pulse MMA is a mode where the welding current is cycled between a higher and lower level. Instead of direct current, the machine generates a pulsating arc.

This allows better control over the heat input and weld pool. Pulse mode is particularly useful for:

• welding thinner materials
• vertical and ceiling seams
• stainless steel work
• situations where more precise control over the seam is required

The result is a more stable arc and better control of the welding process.

Lift TIG function
With the function Lift TIG the generator allows TIG welding with a tungsten electrode without high-frequency ignition. Ignition is by a light touch and lift, resulting in a clean start to the arc and minimal contamination of the weld area. An excellent choice for finer and more precise welds.

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device)
The function VRD automatically reduces idle voltage when not welding. This significantly increases operator safety, especially when working in a humid environment or at sites with strict electrical safety requirements.

Hot Start
When igniting the arc function Hot Start temporarily increases the welding current, which makes it easier the fast and stable ignition of the electrode. This reduces the risk of sticking and makes the machine easier to operate, including for less experienced welders.

Adjustable Arc Force
The function Arc Force automatically increases the current when the arc is shorted, preventing it from going out. Adjustable setting allows better swimming, stable arc and less electrode sticking in difficult conditions.
