Manual machine for cutting ceramic, terracotta tiles and easy slab sizing. Designed for professional use, the Cimex HTC800PRO is one of the most preferred machines in its class. Due to its compact dimensions and the large working area it has (800mm), the tile cutting machine provides an advantage and convenience during operation.

The new axis of the faience cutting machine is 800 mm long and is made of a special steel alloy , providing considerable stability during operation. The working part is covered with porous polyurethane, which guarantees stable positioning of the material to be cut, without unnecessary unwanted slippage. This ensures that the tile cut will be made where you wanted it to be. The movable ruler that the machine has is well fixed with screws, which makes it possible to cut at an angle - from 0 to 60 degrees. The Cimex HTC800PRO also features a fixed measuring line that provides extra precision for the desired dimensions while cutting.

The last phase of the cut ends with a light pressure that splits the tile into two halves. A steel plate takes care of the movable arm and prevents it from becoming amortized during prolonged and intensive use.                 

For convenience when working with larger size tiles, the Cimex HTC800PRO is also equipped with two side extenders that increase the size of the worktop by 600mm (each 300mm long).

The four-point bearing on the guide of the cutting wheel is capable of adjusting the clearance and cutting precision of the cutting roller. An important element are the bearings placed between the guide rail and the handle. In most models of machines, they are replaced with bushings, which lead to the appearance of backlashes and reduce the quality of the cut during intensive and prolonged work with the machine.

Another element that is missing from most models of the same class is the presence of a handle travel limiter . With its help, an even distribution of pressure is achieved when working at more intense rates. Porous polyurethane is also used in the hinged breakaway heel. Thanks to the coating with which it is provided, it protects the tile from unnecessary scratching and injury, in case of sand or other hard elements that have not been previously removed, that hit the tile immediately before cutting.
