The new design and design changes are the result of feedback from our customers and the extensive testing we conduct as part of pre-launch product preparation. Unlike most vibratory plates with forward travel and without a water tank on the Bulgarian market, CIMEX CP100B provides significantly more power, higher working speed and greater compaction depth.

Thanks to its reduced dimensions and ergonomic design, the new CP100B walk-behind vibratory plate from CIMEX's product range is easy to transport and operate, making it the preferred choice for earth mass compaction. Especially suitable for use in hard-to-reach places such as near walls, around shafts, in narrow passages and small pits.

The vibrating plate is designed for daily professional use and is an indispensable assistant in the compaction of sand, small stone, earth mass, aggregates, etc. With its help, you can also compact pavement, asphalt and other road surfaces.

The advantages that the operators point out, although they seem small at first glance, have a significant positive impact during operation. A drain hose for easy oil draining, a collapsible handle with rubber pads, a reinforced compaction plate, a sturdy steel frame, and an included paver pad are just some of the features a true pro would appreciate.

The drive of the vibrating plate is provided by an economical gasoline engine OHV engine with a volume of 196 cm3 and 6.5 hp, has proven its unparalleled reliability over the years and covering the EURO 5 standard!

To avoid heating of the vibrator part when laying asphalt with a temperature of 150-170 degrees, it is fixed to the main body of the machine by means of foundations, with a reduced contact area. This contributes to the significant reduction of heat exchange between the laid asphalt and the vibrating part, increasing the service interval for changing the oil in the vibrator of 200 moto-hours.

The self-cleaning plate is made of high quality steel and is sized 560 x 520 mm. The base of the vibrating plate has rounded ends, which prevents leaving marks when compacting asphalt, soil or gravel.

The reduction of vibrations is one of the highlights in the construction of the vibrating plates from the CIMEX product range. The engine has a four-pad suspension, and the folding handle is equipped with several pads. Thanks to it, the vibrating plate is collected in the trunk even of cars of the compact class. This is an irreplaceable quality that makes its transportation as easy as possible.

When laying concrete pavers and slabs, it is recommended to use the vibrating plate with a forward stroke with a silicone pad, which is part of the basic set. The base is fastened with bolts to the threaded holes provided for the purpose.
