The CIMEX PT1000 concrete trowel is a petrol "helicopter" type machine designed for smoothing and finishing large area concrete surfaces. It is used in the execution of industrial floors, warehouses, parking lots and other concrete surfaces, providing uniform compaction and a smooth surface finish.

The model is equipped with a four-stroke gasoline engine Loncin G200F with a working volume of 196 cubic centimeters and a power of 6.5 hp. The engine is air-cooled and of OHV construction, which guarantees stable operation, efficient fuel combustion and reliability under continuous load. The gasoline drive allows the machine to be used at sites without electricity.

The harrow has a working diameter of 950 mm and a four-blade system that provides high productivity when processing large areas. The adjustable angle of inclination of the blades (0–15°) allows precise control over the smoothing process – from initial leveling to final polishing of the concrete surface. Operating speeds in the range of 70–150 rpm allow adaptation to the different processing stages.

The construction of the machine is designed for intensive operation, including a robust reduction system with a worm gear for smooth and reliable transmission of torque. The safety ring with a diameter of 1000 mm ensures safety during operation and protects the operator from contact with the rotating parts. The machine is equipped with a stop mechanism on the handle for quick emergency shutdown.
