CIMEX DAC52 diesel screw compressor is a mobile diesel compressor intended for use in construction and industry. Thanks to its large air flow rate, the mobile diesel compressor CIMEX DAC52 is widely used in road construction to supply air to pneumatic breakers and blowing applications.

Another popular application of the mobile diesel compressor is for air supply to shotcrete machines, plaster machines / floor screeds and others.

The mobile diesel compressor combines perfectly with industrial sandblasting used for cleaning facades, metal structures and chassis.

The mobile diesel compressor is designed with an emphasis on strength and mobility. The engine is one of the main components that have a direct impact on the reliability of the machine. A reliable 50 hp diesel engine is used.

One of the great advantages of the compressor is its cooling. To ensure optimal cooling during continuous operation even in very warm climatic conditions, the engine coolant also cools the hydraulic system of the compressor.

The compressor is controlled by an electronic control module with an LCD display, which by means of CANBUS controls the engine speed in order to ensure the necessary air flow. In the absence of air consumption, the diesel engine goes into idle mode.

This smart module allows multiple machine functions to be monitored from engine RPM, fuel level, service intervals, operating hours and more.

For ease of use, the compressor is equipped with two air outlets. This allows one port to be used for regulated pressure and the other for non-regulated pressure depending on the need.

The entire compressor installation is located in soundproof container, which ensures compliance with low noise levels according to EU requirements. The container consists of two powder-coated parts, with the top opening easily, giving the operator full access to every part of the compressor.
