The CIMEX SM250E concrete grinder features high performance and precision. It is designed for removing layers of concrete, screed, tile adhesive, putty, etc. It is also used for leveling floor irregularities, removing joints, dirt residues, grooving surfaces, and preparing for coating application, improving adhesion to the substrate.
Thanks to its reliable three-phase 7.5 kW electric motor and 250 mm working width, the CIMEX SM250E delivers exceptional performance. The machine is standard equipped with a 250 mm drum with 6 cutting elements and 108 tungsten carbide stars for various applications and materials, with a cutting depth of 2–3 mm.
Three V-belts ensure secure and safe power transmission. In case one belt breaks, machine operation does not need to stop. Galvanized shafts ensure long service life.
With the handwheel and screw mechanism, the machine can be set to the desired level for optimal results. The ergonomic handle, adjustable at different angles, makes operation and maneuvering easy even in tight spaces.
The chassis is made of steel and fully welded for strength and durability.
Equipped with a dust collection system, worker exposure to dust on the construction site is minimized. The CIMEX SM250E has an outlet for connecting an industrial vacuum for dry and wet cleaning, providing a cleaner and healthier working environment.
