The 260 kg hydraulic reversible vibratory plate, CIMEX RCP300H Rental Series, is designed for compacting (densifying) embankments, gravel, soil and rock, felt, asphalt, and other inert materials. Hydraulic reversible plates are particularly suitable for compaction in tight spaces where changing direction by turning the machine is not possible.

To ensure maximum comfort and control during operation, especially in excavations, the reversible vibratory plate is equipped with a system for changing the direction of movement, allowing work in confined spaces. The direction change is controlled by a handle and executed hydraulically.

The hydraulic reversible vibratory plate is also suitable for compacting embankments on slopes. With an effective compaction depth of 85 cm, the Cimex RCP300H Rental Series finds wide application for compacting foundations before laying concrete, pathways, sidewalks, as well as road repairs and many other tasks.

The working plate is treated with a special technology to achieve maximum self-cleaning effect and reduce material adhesion. Its size is 840 x 680 mm, and if a narrower plate is needed, the width can be reduced by 100 mm on each side, allowing work in tighter spaces.

The gearbox housing is made of cast iron, providing strength and additional weight. All gearbox components operate in an oil bath for optimal lubrication and reduced wear.

Power transmission from the engine to the gearbox is via a reinforced centrifugal clutch and belt drive, with moving parts covered by a protective cover. The drive is provided by a 13 hp gasoline four-stroke engine with forced air cooling.

A protective frame covers the engine and chassis, providing protection against mechanical damage. The frame shape allows loading and unloading with lifting equipment.
