The CIMEX RCP500 diamond blade for reinforced concrete (500 mm) is designed for use with handheld floor saws. Suitable for wet cutting, it is widely used in construction and renovation works for cutting openings in floors, channels for cables and pipes, and expansion joints in concrete surfaces. With a 500 mm outer diameter and a 25.4 mm bore, the CIMEX RCP500 is ideal for cutting reinforced concrete using a cart-type floor saw.

The blade’s high durability is ensured by laser-welded segments with structured industrial diamonds. The segment height is 10 mm, and the thickness is 3.6 mm. The segmented rim design improves cooling and cutting efficiency. Depending on the saw type, cutting depth reaches up to 180–190 mm.
