Forward-moving vibrating plate weighing 82 kg, 13 kN / 5500 vpm, with a set of foldable wheels for easy transport and an included paver pad. The new design and structural improvements are the result of feedback from our customers and extensive testing conducted as part of the preparation before product launch. Unlike most forward-moving vibrating plates without a water tank on the market, the CIMEX CP90B provides significantly more power, higher operating speed, and greater compaction depth.

Thanks to its compact size and ergonomic design, the new forward-moving CP90B vibrating plate from the CIMEX product line is easy to transport and handle, making it a preferred choice for soil compaction. It is especially suitable for use in hard-to-reach areas, such as near walls, around manholes, in narrow passages, and small pits.

The vibrating plate is designed for daily professional use and is an indispensable assistant when compacting sand, fine gravel, soil, inert materials, and more. It can also be used for compacting paving stones, asphalt, and other road surfaces.

The advantages that operators point out, although they may seem small at first glance, have a significant positive impact during operation. The oil drain hose for easy oil removal, foldable handle with rubber mounts, reinforced compaction plate, strong steel frame, and included paver pad are just a few of the features that a true professional will appreciate.

A new feature is the improved folding and unfolding system for the transport wheels. Thanks to it, within seconds, the vibrating plate can be made ready for operation or prepared for transport.

With a large centrifugal force of 13 kN, it can easily compact up to a depth of 30 cm. This is sufficient to achieve a perfect result, regardless of the compacted material.

The vibrating plate is powered by an economical 196 cm³ 6.5 HP OHV petrol engine, which has proven its exceptional reliability over the years and meets EURO 5 standards!

To prevent overheating of the vibrating part when laying asphalt at temperatures of 150–170°C, it is attached to the main body using mounts with reduced contact area. This significantly reduces heat transfer between the asphalt and the vibrating unit, increasing the service interval for oil changes in the vibrator to 200 operating hours.

The self-cleaning plate is made of high-quality steel and measures 520 × 445 mm. The base of the plate has rounded edges to prevent leaving marks when compacting asphalt, soil, or gravel.

Vibration reduction is one of the key focuses in the construction of CIMEX vibrating plates. The engine is mounted on four rubber dampers, and the foldable handle has multiple vibration pads. This allows the plate to fit even in the trunk of compact cars, making transport significantly easier.

When laying concrete pavers and slabs, it is recommended to use the vibrating plate with the included silicone pad, which is part of the standard package. The pad is bolted to the threaded holes provided for that purpose.
