The CIMEX SM250G gasoline grinder offers high performance and precision for surface preparation. It is designed for efficient milling of concrete, screeds, adhesives, paints, and other coatings, and can be used in various applications depending on the type of cutting elements. Ideal for preparatory and repair work, including leveling surfaces, removing thin layers, road markings, and construction debris. Connecting to a dust extraction system further improves working conditions by reducing dust dispersion and enhancing visibility and operator comfort.

Unlike electric models, SM250G relies on a 9 HP gasoline engine, providing complete independence from electricity. The LONCIN engine is known for high efficiency and long service life. Torque is transmitted via belt drive with three belts, ensuring reliability even if one belt breaks, allowing continuous operation without immediate shutdown.

The 420 cm³ engine features low fuel consumption and minimal vibration, enhancing operator comfort. The dual-filtration air filter extends engine life and protects it from dust under heavy working conditions.

The SM250G chassis is made of high-strength powder-coated steel, fully welded for durability and protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. Reinforced load-bearing components further increase strength, making the grinder suitable for heavy-duty applications.

The grinder has a working width of 250 mm and can mill up to 5 mm deep. It is equipped with 108 hardened blades distributed over six drums, ensuring uniform and efficient surface treatment. A screw regulator with ergonomic handle allows precise and smooth milling depth adjustment.

An integrated dust extraction port enables connection to an industrial vacuum, reducing dust exposure and improving working conditions. Lifting points facilitate safe and easy transportation.
