The CIMEX FS450 Rental Series Joint Cutter Cart is suitable for cutting asphalt, concrete, stone, and other construction materials. With its "cart" design, the CIMEX FS450 is easy to control and ensures precision cutting combined with high productivity. It finds wide application in construction for tasks such as cutting expansion joints, channels for cable and sewer installation, and cutting openings for manholes.
 

In road construction, it is primarily used for cutting asphalt pavement during repairs, laying sewer pipes, and manhole construction. The entirely metal chassis of the joint cutter combines compact dimensions with durability. The chassis is equipped with a special lifting hole, allowing for easy and safe loading and unloading using a clamp, hook, or rope. For precise control of the cutting depth, the joint cutter is equipped with a screw regulator with a convenient handle and an indicator scale for the set depth. The guiding roller allows the cutter to follow the predetermined cutting line accurately during operation.
 

In order to extend the life of the cutting disc during operation, the joint cutter comes standard with a movable water reservoir with a volume of 25 liters, this is achieved by providing a movable water reservoir with a 25-liter volume, which ensures the cooling of the cutting disc during operation. The cutting disc itself is covered by a protective guard to protect the operator from potential injuries.
The cutter is powered by a powerful and efficient four-stroke gasoline engine, the Cimex G390, known for its high performance and extended working lifespan.
