The CIMEX DCD450 core drill machine is designed for drilling holes up to 450 mm in diameter in concrete floors and walls, and asphalt. Intended for professional use, the machine comes standard with a mounting stand, enabling secure anchoring (anchors included). Powered by a 5680 W motor with soft start, the CIMEX DCD450 is one of the most powerful machines in its class.

The core drill machine provides high performance and ease of use thanks to its three speeds and built-in speed controller. The three speeds allow the user to select the most appropriate for the task: low for large cores and hard materials, medium for medium cores and hard materials, high for small cores and soft materials. The speed controller provides additional control over rotation speed, enhancing precision and accuracy during operation. This functional design makes the machine ideal for both professional and home applications.

The motor housing is fully metal, providing reliable protection against mechanical damage. The rear features a cover with ventilation holes and a leveling bubble.

The gearbox, transmitting torque from the motor to the spindle, is fully metal and operates in an oil bath through a protective clutch.

The protective clutch ensures operator safety and protects the machine in case of core binding due to overload or excessive pressure. For additional safety, the machine includes residual current protection and motor overload protection.

The spindle of the core drill machine has a 1 ¼ UNC thread.
