The flexible shaft connects the CIMEX MVB drive unit with the vibrating needle (included in the set), which is inserted into freshly poured concrete. The connection to the drive is made via a quick coupling with a locking pin, and to the vibrating needle via a left-hand threaded joint with a sealing ring. Needle vibrators with Ø45 heads are most suitable for column casting.
