The four-stroke Loncin G420 engine with 15 HP provides fast and highly efficient cutting with smooth speed adjustment. The machine has a galvanized shaft for long service life. Its bearings are equipped with grease nipples, allowing regular lubrication, reducing friction and the risk of overheating. This design solution ensures not only smooth and stable operation of the cutting blade but also minimal maintenance costs. For continuous operation, the engine power is transmitted via 3 belts, allowing the cut to be completed even if one of them breaks.

The FS500RS chassis is made of high-strength powder-coated steel, providing reliable protection against corrosion, mechanical damage, and heavy loads. The construction provides good protection for moving parts and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. Reinforced load-bearing elements further increase the machine’s strength, making it suitable for heavy-duty conditions.

To extend the life of the blade during operation, the CIMEX FS500RS is equipped with a 35-liter water tank, which provides effective cooling of the cutting blade by water spraying from both sides. The cutting blade is covered with a guard to protect the operator from injuries.

The CIMEX ACP500 combined diamond blade for concrete and asphalt 500 mm is primarily designed for wet cutting with a gasoline-powered floor saw when repairing road surfaces. Thanks to this combination, the CIMEX ACP500 diamond blade can also be used for cutting asphalt laid on concrete.
With a diameter of 500 mm and a central hole of 25.4 mm, it is mainly applied with floor saws. The laser-welded segments are 10 mm high and 3.6 mm thick.
