The CIMEX PTM3 Pipe Threading Machine is a powerful, portable machine for threading metal pipes up to 3 inches in diameter. Also called the CIMEX PTM3 pipe threading lathe, it combines all the necessary functions for cutting and threading pipes. The CIMEX PTM3 screw-tapping machine is widely used in residential construction in the construction of plumbing installations, water pipes, steam installations, etc. Designed for everyday professional use, this practical screwdriver is used to cut pipes and tap pipe threads up to 3 inches . As with the smaller model (CIMEX PTM2), the minimum diameter of processed pipes is ½.

Pipe threading machine - up to 3 inches CIMEX PTM3, comes standard with two heads for mounting the thread cutting jaws for the following pipe diameters: ½, ¾, 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½, 2, 2 ½, 3 inches .

The screwdriver has a built-in knife , thanks to which it can also be used as a pipe cutter . This enables the operator to quickly, easily and comfortably cut and thread a pipe.

The threading machine is driven by a 750W single-phase electric motor , which by means of a gearbox provides the necessary revolutions and torque.

Thanks to the built-in cleaner, chips are easily and quickly removed from the inner part of the pipe.

The lathe for pipe threading is also equipped with a system for automatic oiling of the knives when threading , and the liquid is used repeatedly, thanks to its filtration, and the feet included in the set make it easier to raise the working height.
