The CIMEX HPB-2 Pneumatic Hydraulic Pipe Bender is a machine designed to bend steel pipes from 1/2" to 2" in/inch in diameter .

The hydraulic pipe bender is a machine designed for cold bending of pipes with walls from 2.75 to 4.5 mm.

The machine bends pipes at an angle from 0 to 90° , with a diameter of ½"-2" . Pipes are bent using the cold bending method and no pre- heating of the pipe is required. The CIMEX HPB-2 pipe bending machine has an all-metal construction that guarantees load resistance and a long service life.
The machine is widely used in pipeline construction, scaffold assembly, cable laying, irrigation systems, gas and oil industry, etc.

One of the main advantages of the pipe bend is the availability of a pneumatic connection /high pressure hose/ with a gun - the possibility of connection to an air compressor. Thanks to this, in addition to the possibility of manual control of the piston, the operator also has the possibility of pneumatic control. This greatly facilitates his work and leads to less fatigue.

The kit contains 2 bending roll holders, bending rolls, bending segments, a high pressure hose and a gun. The compact dimensions and low weight of the machine allow easy and convenient transportation, even in a compact car.
