Armature cutting and bending machine ARM-C38/45

CIMEX ARM-C38/45 is professional machine for preparing rebar blanks, combining the functions cutting (up to 30 mm) and bending (up to 40 mm) of armature. When the machine is used to cut rebar, it can cut rebar up to Ø30 (one bar), Ø22 (two bars at the same time) and Ø16 (three bars at the same time). The rebar cutting and bending machine is equipped with a two-stage reduction gear that allows any type of bending and cutting without the need to apply mechanical effort. The bending disc is combined and allows rotation in both directions, returning automatically to the starting point when the set angle is reached. To provide control over the bending angle, the machine is equipped with an automatic graduated regulator to precisely set the desired bending angle of the rebar. Depending on the number of bars, the machine can bend the following armature sizes Ø40 (one), Ø32 (two) and Ø26 (three).

They are used for cutting fittings hardened demagnetized pitcher knives with eight cutting edges.

For the convenience of operation, the rebar cutting and bending machine is double manual control + additional pedal control equipment.

All machine control circuits have reduced supply voltage in accordance with safety requirements.
