The CIMEX CP60N is a forward-moving vibratory plate compactor with a weight of 65 kg. It is equipped with a water tank, wheels, and a foldable handle. This new model of vibratory plate compactor combines performance and reliability with mobility, making it easy to transport and store. It is designed for compacting soil, sand, inert materials, asphalt, and paving. The forward-moving plate compactor offers easy control and ergonomics. To meet the high demands of users, the compactor features a reinforced, self-cleaning plate, a drainage hose for easy oil drainage during maintenance, transport wheels, a foldable handle, and a water tank. With an improved effective compaction depth of 25 cm, this forward-moving plate compactor is intended for professional use in construction, where it is essential to provide a stable foundation without subsequent settling.

The CIMEX CP60N vibratory plate is powered by an economical and reliable engine with a displacement of 163 cc, complying with EURO 5 standards. This engine utilizes a self-adjusting centrifugal clutch and a double belt transmission to transfer motion to the vibratory part. To enhance cooling and control the temperature of the gearbox during compaction, the machine's gearbox is designed with a reduced contact area. This reduces overheating, particularly when working with hot asphalt (at temperatures between 150 and 170 degrees Celsius). The result is an extended interval between oil changes in the vibratory block of the compactor, reaching up to 200 engine hours, whereas for most other models, this interval ranges between 100 and 130 engine hours. This represents an economical and practical aspect that improves machine maintenance.

The self-cleaning plate of the vibratory plate is made of cast iron and has dimensions of 530 x 370 mm. Unlike models with a steel plate, this cast iron plate has four times higher wear resistance. The working width of the forward-moving vibratory plate allows operation in narrow areas such as fence ditches, channels, and more.

To reduce vibrations, the engine mounting base is secured to the plate using four rubber buffers.

A distinctive feature of this model of vibratory plate is the shape of the cast iron plate itself – it has a rounded edge, allowing for easy maneuvering without the risk of the machine getting stuck in soft soils.

The convenient folding handle of the vibratory plate is attached to the engine mounting base using rubber buffers. This significantly reduces the vibrations transmitted to the operator during operation. The ability to fold the handle of the vibratory plate greatly facilitates the machine's transportation, reducing its dimensions, allowing it to fit in the trunk of compact cars.

Standard equipment includes a watering system and a water reservoir. The water reservoir located at the front is connected to the watering bar with a hose and valve. The watering system is especially important when laying asphalt, as it prevents it from sticking to the vibratory plate.

When laying concrete pavers and slabs, the vibratory plate can be used with a silicone pad, which is available as an option for the machine. Attachment is done using bolts in the designated threaded holes on the vibratory plate.
