Diamond concrete blade for 450 mm concrete. CIMEX RCP450 is used mainly with hand cutters. Designed for wet cutting. Diamond blades for reinforced concrete with a diameter of 450 mm, are widely used in construction for the repair of buildings, for cutting openings in walls, ducts for cables and pipes, expansion joints in concrete floors. With a diameter of 450 mm and an internal diameter of 25,4 mm, the CIMEX RCP450 is the ideal blade for cutting reinforced concrete with a hand cutter. High wear resistance is determined by laser welded segments with structured diamonds. The CIMEX RCP450 concrete diamond blade has a segment height of 10 mm and a thickness of 3.6 mm. The discontinuous edge of the diamond blade allows for excellent performance and improves the cooling of the cutting elements. In addition to cutting reinforced concrete, the diamond blade of this series is used for precise cutting of concrete casting, edges, concrete covers. Depending on the tool, this blade can reach up to 170-180 mm if used with a cutter such as CIMEX FS450.
