Inverter Welder CIMEX ARC160
The CIMEX ARC160 inverter welder is a 160 A MMA machine with TIG option, designed to work with all types of electrodes for manual arc welding including cellulose electrodes. Compact, lightweight and reliable, this inverter welding unit is suitable for daily use in construction, metal-fabrication and installation of steel structures.
The CIMEX ARC series inverter welders use an IGBT module with isolated input. By converting to a medium frequency, they replace the traditional transformer with a smaller unit. Features include: DC output for a more stable arc; fast dynamic reaction to current changes; built-in protections for undervoltage, over-current and overheating. When an issue occurs, the front-panel alarm lights and output current is automatically cut off. VDR function (reduced no-load voltage) protects the operator. The ARC series offers less spatter and excellent welding quality. Used in construction, shipbuilding, etc.
