Forward plate compactor weighing 62 kg, 11 kN / 5500 vpm, with a set of foldable wheels for easy transport and an included paver pad. The new design and structural improvements are the result of feedback from our customers and extensive testing carried out as part of the pre-market product development process. Unlike most forward plate compactors without a water tank on the Bulgarian market, the CIMEX CP70B provides significantly more power, higher operating speed, and greater compaction depth.

Thanks to its reduced dimensions and ergonomic design, the new forward plate compactor CP70B from the CIMEX product range is easy to transport and operate, making it a preferred choice for soil compaction. It is particularly suitable for use in hard-to-reach areas such as near walls, around manholes, in narrow passages, and small pits.

The plate compactor is designed for daily professional use and is an indispensable helper in compacting sand, fine gravel, soil, aggregates, and more. It can also be used to compact paving blocks, asphalt, and other road surfaces.

The advantages operators point out, although seemingly small at first glance, have a significant positive impact during work. The oil drain hose for easy oil discharge, the foldable handle with rubber mounts, the reinforced compaction plate, the durable steel frame, and the included paver pad are just some of the features that a true professional will appreciate.

A new feature is the updated folding and unfolding system of the transport wheels. Thanks to it, the plate compactor can be ready for operation or transport within seconds.

With a large centrifugal force of 11 kN, it easily compacts to a depth of up to 25 cm. This is sufficient to achieve perfect results regardless of the compacted material.

The plate compactor is powered by an economical 196 cc OHV petrol engine producing 6.5 hp, proven over the years for its exceptional reliability and meeting EURO 5 standards!

To avoid overheating of the vibrator during asphalt compaction at temperatures of 150–170°C, it is mounted to the main body of the machine using bases with a reduced contact area. This significantly reduces heat transfer between the asphalt and the vibrating section, extending the service interval for oil changes in the vibrator to 200 operating hours.

The self-cleaning plate is made of high-quality steel and measures 535 × 371 mm. The base of the plate has rounded edges, preventing marks when compacting asphalt, soil, or gravel.

Vibration reduction is one of the main focuses in the construction of CIMEX plate compactors. The engine is mounted on four rubber dampers, and the foldable handle is equipped with several shock absorbers. This allows the compactor to fit even in the trunk of compact cars — an essential feature that greatly facilitates transport.

When laying concrete pavers and slabs, it is recommended that the forward plate compactor be used with a silicone pad, which is part of the standard equipment. The pad is bolted to the designated threaded holes.
