The CIMEX PTM4 pipe lathe is a metal pipe threading machine, also called a threading machine . It is widely used in the construction of water pipes, steam installations, etc. It is designed for cutting pipes and pipe threading up to 4 inches.  The minimum diameter of processed pipes for all models is ½.

The machine has two heads for mounting the thread cutting jaws for the following pipe diameters: ½, ¾, 1, 1 ¼, 1 ½, 2, 2 ½, 3, 3 ½, 4 inches.

The threading machine is driven by a 750W single-phase electric motor, which by means of a gearbox provides the necessary revolutions and torque.

The screwdriver has a built-in blade, thanks to which it can also be used as a pipe cutter. This enables the operator to quickly, easily and comfortably cut and thread a pipe.

Thanks to the built-in cleaner, chips are easily and quickly removed from the inner part of the pipe.

The lathe for pipe threading is also equipped with a system for automatic oiling of the knives when threading , and the liquid is used repeatedly, thanks to its filtration, and the feet included in the set make it easier to raise the working height.
