Diesel indirect-Combustion heater 30 kW D30i


CIMEX D30i is an indirect-fired diesel heater designed for heating large spaces such as sports halls, manufacturing facilities, animal farms, poultry farms, warehouses, tents, and more. Unlike direct-fired heaters, indirect-fired heaters have a flue to exhaust the burnt gases outside the space where the heater is located. This allows for heating without the presence of burnt gases and odors in the room. Another option for using the diesel heater to heat spaces without consuming oxygen and producing burnt gases is to place the heater outside the space to be heated and deliver heated air to the room through a flexible air duct. Thanks to this, the indirect-fired diesel heater can be used for emergency and primary heating of spaces with poor ventilation where people are present for an extended period of time.



With a power output of 30 kW, the indirect-fired diesel heater is suitable for primary and supplemental heating of large spaces up to 1229 m³.


In the construction industry, this type of heaters serves two main purposes – maintaining temperature and/or drying. Depending on the purpose, if the diesel heater is used to maintain temperature, it can be placed inside or outside the building. When it comes to drying, maximum efficiency is achieved when the diesel heater is positioned inside the space.


In livestock farming, the diesel heater with indirect combustion is an excellent option for heating parts of animal farms, poultry farms, and more. For this purpose, the optimal placement for the heater is outside the building where the animals are raised (if the ventilation is poor, there's high dust levels, or fire hazards), and by using an additional temperature sensor, the desired temperature inside the building can be maintained.


When heating warehouses for goods and agricultural products, the heater can be placed inside the building, and the built-in thermostat can be used to maintain the desired temperature without the need for an additional external thermostat.


Maximum efficiency and speed in heating indoor spaces are achieved when the heater is placed inside the room, as it allows for the circulation of already heated air (preheating).

The main components of a diesel heater with indirect combustion are:

When the diesel heater with indirect combustion is turned on from the control panel (12), the electric motor (8) is activated, which in turn drives the fuel pump (9) and the fan (7) that supplies the necessary amount of air for combustion and circulates the outer part of the fuel chamber. The gear fuel pump for high pressure, driven by the electric motor, draws fuel from the tank (11) and, through the fuel line (6), passes the high-pressure fuel to the nozzle (4) of the burner through the electromagnetic valve (5). The nozzle sprays the atomized fuel into the fuel chamber (1), where it ignites through ignition electrodes.


As a result of the combustion process, the outer part of the fuel chamber heats up, and due to the air circulation from the fan, the air is also heated.

The outer part of the diesel heater is made of sturdy sheet metal and protects its components from environmental influences, directs the airflow of the fan, and serves as a temperature shield, separating the fuel chamber from the surrounding environment. This way, the heater's body does not overheat even during prolonged operation.

The combustion process is controlled by precise electronics, which monitors the combustion process through a photocell, and in case of anomalies during combustion, the machine is turned off.

To reduce fuel consumption, the diesel heater is equipped with a thermostat as standard, which, when the set temperature is reached, turns off the heater.



The desired temperature is set using the thermostat located on the control panel, and two LED displays show the set (desired) temperature and the currently measured temperature.

The fuel chamber is equipped with thermal protection against overheating.

To ensure maximum runtime, the diesel heater comes with a 38-liter fuel tank. With this tank capacity, you can achieve up to 17 hours of CONTINUOUS operation on a single fill.

For convenience during transport and mobility, the diesel heater comes standard with large transport wheels.
