Short description of airless painting process - the sucked paint is pushed through a piston pump to a high pressure, via a hose, is fed to the paint gun. The airless sprayer gun has a nozzle with a small cross section which results in a significant increase in the spray jet velocity. Once sprayed through the nozzle it is pulverized as a result of friction with atmospheric air.
