Unlike other models of putty machines, this putty machine is standardly equipped with a long piston (LP = Long Piston) which provides additional power when sucking and pushing the putty by creating pressure in the suction cylinder, which is placed directly in the vessel with the ready putty or the paint tank. The aspirated material is forced under high pressure and fed through a hose from the pump to the application gun. The pressure is controlled by a high-speed digital controller, and the desired pressure is set by a potentiometer.
Stainless steel fluid pump can be used for both oil and water based paint spraying .
The high-pressure gun is of the "Heavy-duty" class and can work under pressure up to 500 bar.
Equipped with a convenient trolley with large tires , the painting and plastering machine can be easily transported and repositioned, and climbing stairs is made easier thanks to the large rubber wheels.
