Grouting system

The mechanized grouting device CIMEX DT-135-SYS is designed for easy grouting of plasterboard joints as well as internal corners. It is widely used in the field of construction, especially dry construction and finishing repair works. With this machine, the productivity is increased many times and the period to complete the construction site is minimized.

The CIMEX mechanized grouting and plastering tool is easy to maintain and clean, while saving you a lot of effort. With it, you apply a thin, even layer of putty mixture along the strip, which dries immediately after you putty. Its construction is lightweight, made of aluminum and is extremely reliable and durable. The weight of the machine is 2.8 kg, which makes it convenient for transportation and storage. With it, you can reach a height of 3 m, without the presence of a ladder or scaffolding.

The CIMEX DT-135-SYS grouting machine simultaneously lays paper tape and applies the exact amount of joint filler. We recommend the use of ready-made joint fillers, which you dilute with a small amount of water, so that the material can bond more easily with the tape. After use, it is very important to thoroughly clean the machine with running water so that no material remains on the parts.

This tip serves to finish the corner perfectly, thanks to the putty knife.
